Already sent in apps... but should I tell them this?
I am soon to be named to the Board of Directors of a charitable organization. I am confident enough of my chances at a couple of the schools that I applied to that I do not feel that informing them would alter their decision. But I think this might have some impact on my chances at the T14 schools that I have applied to (they have admitted candidates with my numbers in the past, but not so many as to make me feel very confident). That said, I do not want to delay processing or review of my applications. I reference this charity and the work that I do with it in my PS and on my resume, and I even mention in the PS that I am working WITH the BOD currently. I am also concerned that it might come across as sounding like some kind of ploy and actually have a negative impact on some people.
What do you say TLS? Will asking to have an addendum with this information added to my application cause delays? Will notifying schools of this information at this point help or hurt my chances?
/edited for typo

Won't matter. How's your LSAT?

Good luck to you, but I personally don't think that soft will make that much difference. Especially given that you've already mentioned your involvement with the charity in your statement.

Save it for your letters-of-continued-interest once you get waitlisted.
