Just noticed that I had been consistent with the dates on my resumes, using the YYYY format, but mistakingly listed my last 2 extracurricular groups as (MM/YYYY - MM/YY)
Is this something to worry about? even worth submitting an updated resume?

I did the same exact type thing. two of my dates were 9/18 and others were 09/18. It has not affected my cycle so far as I can tell. 6-7
