Need help about whether or not to include something on resum Forum

Im currently taking classes at a university. The purpose of these classes was to tune up my spanish reading and writing skills. Should I include this on the 'education' portion of my resume with an expected graduation date even if I dont intend on actually graduating? its mentioned in my PS that i re-applied and enrolled in spanish courses. Any advice is appreciated, I really don't know what to do.

I took a few classes at an extension school, and I did not put it on my resume, but I did put it in the education section of the application. (I just put extension classes where it asked about the degree and graduation date.)
