Designating LSAT scores

I'm sending in all my applications NOW, then having taking the December LSAT. How convey to them that I want them to hold off until the December scores are released? An email? Addendum? A few of the schools I am applying to have a way to indicate, but as for the majority I remained confused.

send an e-mail if you can't indicate on the application.
