Hi, I've been working on the UCLA application whole night. But I found that on application form pg 10 regarding the ethnic survey, no matter what I checked , it couldn't be transmitted to the final document. The preview page shows only the questions, but no check marks. Anyone had the same problem?

i had the same problem but i figured the questions were optional so it didn't really matter. i just sent it without the markings

Read the fine print, responses to that section do not show up on the preview to protect privacy.
