Hey folks,
I'm noticing that Michigan pretty much waitlists across the entire board on LSN: http://michigan.lawschoolnumbers.com/stats/0910/
Are they really this variable with their acceptances, or is this a yield protection phenomenon?
I have a 3.96, 167/170. I wrote two essays including with Why Michigan. Should I be worried?
Thanks!

You should get in no problem. From what I've seen, the majority of people who are waitlisted did not write the optional essay(s). Since you wrote 2 and are above both medians, you will surely get a letter from Dean Z soon.
Good luck!

Maybe not soon, but yes you should be in. ED you would have 100% been in, but RD was probably the right choice and i think your good.Long Live Jacox wrote:You should get in no problem.
