Still waiting to take the Dec LSAT. There are many things that I like about the school. However, the cost of attendance and lack of financial aid money comparable to other schools that are similarly ranked makes for a big dilemma provided that one could get accepted to better ranked schools or at least get good money at similarly ranked unis

By email, with "decision rendered" in subject line and directing me to the status check page to find out what the decision was. Status check page had congratulations message and mentioned that a formal letter will also be mailed.

For those accepted, when did you go "complete" / when did you go "under review"?

lol, in essence, I guess I'm asking how long it took before NE rendered a decision?

Boston is a great area, and NE is a good school, but I know others applying there who have similar concerns about the cost of living / lack of merit aid...especially relative to other schools

Sent 11/12 (ED), received 11/15, complete 11/17, decision 12/6.
I did apply ED, just before the deadline, so regular admission decisions might take longer...

Why did the dean call you, out of interest?

ETA: the status checker says the letter will mention scholarships if you got one....

I honestly don't know. She introduced herself and and said congratulations and asked if I had any questions. She said she would send a follow up email with her contact stuff if I wanted to schedule a tour or whatever. I thought it was a nice touch.

I got the formal letter today and it included $20,000/yr for three years (Dean's Scholarship) plus $3,000 stipend if I do one of the co-ops. I submitted 10/11, complete 10/15, email and status checker on 12/3. Median GPA, above 75th LSAT.

I got the formal letter yesterday too, and it included the same scholarship-20,000/yr and the $3000 stipend...very exciting! I am 75th gpa, 75th LSAT.

Good luck to all those waiting to hear!

Congrats! Wow, if I got that scholarship, that might seal the deal for me. I'm about at 75th for both, too. Eagerly awaiting that letter!

25th GPA / over 75th LSAT $8500 per year offered with admit letter...anyone know if they'll bump it up? Doesn't even begin to take a bite out of the tuition!

Did people who get in submit those recommender forms and do interviews? I did neither. I submitted the LSAC recommendations anyway (though they said only use the form they have, the LSAC system let me) and didn't do an interview.

I just sent in recommendations through LSAC.

Is anyone considering attending? Boston is great and I like everything Northeastern stands for, but I am having a hard time justifying $30,000 a year...

Nope. To be honest I didn't even know they offered interviews.
