Chicago 2011 - time from under review to decision?

Noticed that I just went "application under review" on 11/15 (had been complete for about a month)...anyone know how long they usually take to give you a decision once you go under review?

Dont think you'll be hearing back until Mid Dec (ED) or late Dec (RD) at the earliest.
