When I attach word documents to my application, do I need to have my name and LSAC number in the word document? Right now, I just have a title for each document without my name.
Also, I received some fee waiver codes from law school. Some applications show up as free, some do not. How do I go ahead and apply these fee waivers. Thanks!

The majority of my applications have specifically asked that your name, LSAC number, and the title of the document appear at the top of every page of the attachment. It might just be safest to do the same for all of them, at least it's what I did.
When you go to submit the application will ask you to select the payment type. On some application there is an option to enter an individual fee waiver code. However, I've never used this option so I'm not sure on the specifics.

Yes, you must have your name and LSAC # on the header of everything you attach.
As for the fee waiver, go here http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... 2&t=129078, follow step 1-4, and then copy/paste your fee waiver in the little box. Voila.

Thank you! I thought so. This was helpful. I wasn't aware the fee code option was present before submitting.
