What Month?

Post by Lawyer76 » Tue Nov 16, 2010 2:41 pm

Can anyone tell me what month is the latest that you can apply to be considered an early application at most schools? Thanks much.

November for most, December for some, UVA lets you apply ED at any time.

Thanks much for the response. Does it give you an advantage to apply during November and why?

Because presumably, the earlier on in the cycle, the less applications a school will have received/more spots are available. Later on in the cycle you're competing with more people for fewer spots.

I hear that generally you're early if you submit before Thanksgiving. But after a couple of months on TLS, I'm now convinced that I should have submitted the first day of September, or August if possible.

Still haven't submitted all my apps FFFFUUUU

edit (sort of): was going to fix grammar fail but then got too lazy. so i wrote this comment instead.
