About to submit for Penn

Can I attach a resume even if they dont ask for one
or would that be considered annoying

I attached my resume to all of my apps, even though some (like USC iirc) don't ask for it.

also, should i delete all the school info
like name of school, GPA, expected grad date
since it's already on the app?
