Spring Admissions

Post by ZSR10 » Wed Nov 10, 2010 2:06 pm

Ok so I am waiting to hear back from Baylor Law for starting in their February quarter. I am currently at Baylor undergrad so the prospect of staying in Waco does not bother me.
I graduate in December and so that is why I am applying. I have been told that my softs are good enough to get me in the fall semester as well with a partial scholarship.

My two primary questions are as follows:

Does starting law school in the Spring make it more difficult to get a job as most people that apply do so because they cannot get in for the Fall?
Will starting in the Spring make it more difficult to attain summer clerkships?

That came from a pre-law advisor here as well as a lawyer up in Dallas at Kelly Hart and Hallman, granted he is an associate so I don't know how reliable his opinion is. That is why I am asking. Is this correct or are these people morons?
