i know some schools have disability questions and ask for an addendum, but should you still send it for a school that doesn't ask specifically?

This is one of those situations where calling the admissions office can get you much better results than asking random people on the internet. You can explain the situation, and they can give you a clear and final answer as to whether they want your addendum. Everyone goes home happy - the people answering the admissions office phones have something to break up the monotony of their day, and you have assurance that you're doing exactly what the school wants. Yay!
