MSU is my safe school and it says in their personal statement section that it might be helpful to include

What motivates you to apply for admission to MSU College of Law?

and I did this but I mixed the it up with my general personal statement. should I email them back? My score and gpa is above their max, so should I worry?

I think its a good idea to email them and ask if you should email What motivates you essay in addition to your personal statement. Explain your PS and ask.

So they want you to integrate a "Why MSU" paragraph into your PS? And you sent in your generic PS? Just email it in an attachment and ask them to replace the old one. Unless, of course, you're already under review.
