I significantly underperformed on the October LSAT and am planning to retake in December for this cycle. My dream school is Boalt, and I was wondering if I should apply there with my October score (to be early because Boalt really emphasizes applying early), or should I wait until I take the LSAT in December and then apply. I am worried my app will be thrown out with my really low LSAT. My LSAT as is is under their 25% median, but my GPA is above their 75%ile.
Any advice would really be appreciated!

Re: When to apply to Boalt question--retaking in December
Know this is a little late, but for what its worth RETAKE. Berkeley is extremely numbers oriented and given ur not that early in the application cycle, a retake would seem smarter. I hope late registration for Dec is still available if you aren't already signed up. Good luck and awesome GPA btw
