How to Title/Phrase My Application Addendum Forum

Hi there everyone, I'm having an additional problem to the topic I posted earlier. Filling out my ED application and I'm writing a general addendum to explain why I have taken one semester off from my regular institution and am going to community college for this semester. Basically my mother works for my stepfather and he recently closed his business, putting both of them out of work temporarily and my father has been unemployed for quite some time. My stepfather has since re-opened a similar business and everything seems to be going well for now but Fall 2010 semester rolled around during the confusion and I was forced to go to community college due to financial uncertainty. I am already signed up for classes at my main undergrad institution for next semester and everything is going well now, financially.

My questions: how to properly phrase all of this? I've been told to just be brief and concise, similar to how I explained it above. In addition I want to know how to title the addendum and where to add it in terms of my application?

if you arent taking time off from college, why explain it at all??


and if they want you to explain it- you can title the addendum as " Response to Question_____"

just change the title for each application, and you're all set

Because the law schools are going to be left wondering why I was attending my UG for four years and after four years switched to community college without graduating. They'll be absolutely clueless in fact.
