Certification Letter necessary to go complete at Michigan?
My question is the title of the thread. To go complete at Michigan, do you need to send in the Certification Letter you recieve after you process your application through LSAC?
Thanks.
Thanks.

No. Or at least I didn't need one.

Did you apply ED? How long did it take them to send you an email saying your app was complete?vsl89 wrote:No. Or at least I didn't need one.
I processed and submitted my application about 24 hours ago, and it shows up as complete on LSAC.
Thanks for your input!

I applied RD in early October. Took about 72 hrs after my submission to go complete. Good luck!

I applied ED on Sept 7, didn't fill out that form you mentioned, and went complete about one month later.

So this may be extremely dumb question, but once it goes complete that's it - the ball is in their court and you just play the waiting game until you get a decision right? (I'm starting to send my apps in next week)

I couldn't even pull mine up to print. I was going to call the admissions office on Monday to make sure.

Damn, that's intense!michigandrew wrote:I applied ED on Sept 7, didn't fill out that form you mentioned, and went complete about one month later.
I have all the required components up on LSAC, that would suck if it took a month to register as complete, especially because I submitted a bit under 2 weeks before the Nov 15 deadline.
Think it's worth a call to their Admissions office to just check on the status of the app?

I just verified my timeline. Sent on the Sept 7th, received by Michigan on the 15th, and I received my status checker e-mail on October 6 and went complete the same day.
