Underscored in October and retaking in December..Advice??? Forum

[Pastels]

I got a lower October score than I had hoped and now I am in a jam. I have my applications all ready to be sent but my score is a tad low. I am retaking in December but how should I play out my apps? Should I apply to some targets with the score I have now and wait to send the others based on my Dec score? Or should I send them all out now? Any tips/advice is welcomed.
