Duke says: "Have you ever been (i) arrested, charged, or cited for any crime or (ii) been convicted of any offense other than a minor traffic violation?"
I got a speeding ticket in Ohio for going 86 in a 65 (I think). And in Delaware I got a ticket for an improper turn at an intersection.
I plan to answer the question with a No, but send an addendum anyway.
Is this correct?

Re: traffic violations
An addendum isn't necessary if you answer no.
