Need help from anyone that's applied or applying to Chicago
Looking back on my application, the date field for certification has been left blank... I'm pretty sure I didn't forget to fill it in and that it wasn't available to be typed into... can anyone confirm this for me???

Relax, it's not a huge deal. ETA: The certification box near the bottom of the 2nd page outlined in a box? I filled in a date there.
