Understanding LSDAS GPA

Post by gambelda » Mon Nov 01, 2010 5:50 pm

So I don't have my transcript in front of me to see each grade for every class to plug into the website with the equation, but is your "official" GPA whatever is posted on your LSAC online account?

I'm wondering if in fact I have a 3.92 GPA. I believe I do because my institution did not give A's B's C's, etc. It gave grades on the following scale: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0

My GPA from all of my courses across that scale at the institution was a 3.92. So I should have the same LSAC GPA correct?
