Anyone here ever get a waiver for 4th time LSAT?
Oh boy, I believe I will be retaking this thing in June, which will be my 4th time. (Sept 09, Dec 09, Oct 10). I really believe that I can do better because I only bombed the games. Can anyone tell me what they emailed to schools/exactly how they asked the schools...? *hangs head*

Do you have a legitimate excuse for one of the LSATs? I haven't been through the process, but honestly just choose any school that is within reach and say something to the effect of:
"I have taken the LSAT three times and am writing to request the opportunity to take it a fourth. I suffered from the swine flu during my second administration and believe that with another chance I will be more competitive in applying to XXX Law. My LSAC number is L1234567, GPA is 1.75 and previous scores were 154, 142, 159.
Thank you for your time and consideration."
If that doesn't work, just choose another school and rinse and repeat. From what I've read, they are not at all hesitant to offer the waivers if you ask nicely.

And additionally, one more piece of advice I've read. It doesn't even have to be a school you are considering applying to, just one that is within your number range. Once they have granted the waiver you never have to speak with them again outside of a polite thank you email of course. If you for some reason think that making the request would make a school you actually want to go to think less of you, just choose a peer school and email them instead. Someone will give you one.
