LSAT score or score band?

Post by balzern » Sun Oct 31, 2010 10:41 pm

Hey this could be really stupid but do schools look at your LSAT as a static number or as a score band?

Thanks,

That was an efficient response. Atypical of TLS. Of course, now the thread is inefficient because of me....

I don't think the percentiles mean anything. Especially since they pretty much stay the same.

I think they are fairly relevant. Knowing that a 169 is 97th percentile gives a school some perspective on approximately how many applicants they can expect with a higher score.

I'm pretty sure they have a fairly good idea of this already...
