How to apply to law schools?

Post by Ludacrispat26 » Sun Oct 31, 2010 4:28 pm

...seriously

I have ignored the process completely because I thought I bombed Oct 2010. Found out Fri that I got a 170. I want to start applying, but don't know where to start. Do you do it through LSAC? Also, how do you get LSAC to calculate your GPA? Thanks.

You do it through LSAC. You sign up for the CAS (Credential Assembly Service). They calculate your GPA when you send them your transcripts. You also send them your letters of recommendation. They can take a couple of weeks to process those things, especially during the busy season (that's now), so you want to get on that right away.
