DEC RETAKE too late to apply to t25 schools? Forum

i just barely cracked the 160s on this exam im depressed to say the least. i am entertaining the idea of retaking in december however im concerned that this is "too late" of an exam in the applying season for those feb deadline schools. to be honest scholarship money would be nice if i can get my actual score up to the 170 range in the next two months (im aware scholarships are given out usually to earlier applicants), however a letter of acceptance would be much more comforting at this point. what to do?!!!

No I took a retake in Dec last year and got into a bunch of T14s and got $$$ at every school below that.
