Can I submit a DS after I've sent my application?
I submitted my applications about 2-3 weeks ago but there's one school I'd like to submit a DS to that I didn't at the time (they don't ask for one specifically, but are open to receiving them). Am I allowed to do this, or will this be frowned upon? Should I just let it go?

as long as the DS is generally well-written and does add significantly, i'd say send it. won't hurt.
from what i understand a lot of schools don't really work their way into applications heavily until mid to late November.

Thanks! How does one go about submitting additional materials that aren't LORs? Can I just email it to whichever admissions office email they have listed?

Yes almost all schools accept emailed additions.
