I transferred from one university to another after my first year but I still took summer courses in university A while attending B
So currently on my resume it looks like this:
University A 2005-2008
University B 2006-2009
Should I just put 2005-2006 since I wasn't really a full-time student at A after 2006? Or perhaps write an addendum to explain (although I'm sure they can see from my transcripts)
Quick question about overlapping dates for universities... Forum

Re: Quick question about overlapping dates for universities...
Have you already submitted your transcripts to LSAC?
I had a similar situation and it basically lists my school B twice, maybe because the transcript from school A included summer courses from school B. So I have school B listed in my academic summary report under summer 2005 and then in a separate place as 2008-2010. I think the academic summary makes it clear enough and an addendum isn't necessary.
ETA: realized this is a question about resumes more so than addenda. Not sure what to do with the resume.

2005-2005, Summer 2008
That's how I would do it.
Honestly it probably doesn't matter though.
