Updated LoRs

One of my recommenders is asking me if he can send an updated version of the letter and how it would be done.
Anyone have any idea if it is possible?

Just give him a new LOR form (make the name different so you can distinguish) and tell him to send the updated one with the form just like the first time. Then assign the updated version instead of the other version to your schools.
