Make sure you are logged out on all other computers. If you logged in on another computer, even if you closed out of your browser, it will give you trouble logging on with a different one. Weird glitch that gets a lot of people locked out of their accounts.TOMaHULK wrote:Keeps telling me "problems with session."

same thing happened to me - just open up a different browser - if you used IE, then open firefox or chrome or vice versa. This worked for me. Now I have it set up in chrome to never log me out.

when that happens, try the following things:
1. you can use a new browser. Like Firefox or Chrome. When I got locked out of IE7, I ended up using Chrome just for LSN.
2. In IE either, open a new tab, then click on start an InPrivate session. This should create a new session id from your original session, which will allow you to log in. If this does not work, then use another browser.
If you use the other browsers, make sure you use Private Browsing when viewing LSN. That way session data doesn't get saved and reused, and you will never have the same problem.

It's a problem with their internal scripting that doesn't clear old browser sessions. If your computer has a session in history then it will not allow you to open a new one. They should run a cron script that clears sessions but the site is not built very well with a lot of other bugs so we live with it.
