I know I have to send in every transcript from each college I attended before earning my bachelor's, but do I have to send in my transcript from a community college that I took one class at between my junior and senior year even though the credits from the class didn't transfer to my degree-granting university?

Yes, you have to send a transcript for EVERY institution you have attended, period. I had to get a transcript from the local community college, because a drafting class I took in high school (at my high school, not the CC) earned me 12 CC credits. It didn't transfer to my UG school. My account on CAS had a big old alert on it until I got the 2nd transcript sent in.

From what I understand, a missing transcript is a big red flag, and they more or less assume you're trying to hide several years of straight Fs.
