December LSAT: WL, Rejection city?

I'm 90 percent sure I won't sit for the LSAT this week as I have the flu with a 103 degree fever and have realized that I'm inadequately prepared for the increased difficulty of RC on the more recent exams. If I take the exam in December, will I be too late in the cycle to have a reasonable chance at a T20 school with numbers that are at/above the medians? Should I just shoot for next cycle?

You should be fine for schools for which you meet both medians.
