GULC ED PT - 3.15 AA
Hey guys, I've looked at lsn and used lsp but splitter friendly reliable info is hard to come by. Although my gpa sucks, I have a strong upward grade trend (like who doesn't these days) and medical excuse for some of my poorer times. I was also a business owner in college, which is rare for females, so I was constantly working for need based reasons. All of that is talked about in my ps. Anyway I have experience in law offices and ag offices as well along with solid lors, one of which is from a gulc alum from my internship.
Anyway what does everyone think I need to get into gulc pt via ed based on what I've disclosed? Oh yea, and I've just found out that my 1/4 egyptian blood constitutes as AA URM

Whoever put down 168 is crazy. You will need a 161 at the most.
Business owner, female, african american, you are golden if you break 160 which is easier said than done, but i have a feeling it will be easy for you.
I would also apply to ysh, I think you are shooting to low.
Oh and make sure to write a diversity statement about being 1/4 egyptian, 3/4 white, 1/4african american, and a jersey girl. (post some picks)

100% for part time.
99% for full-time.
LSP is way off for a lot of applicants. It is ruined be self-selection and a lack of information in a lot of categories. African american egyptians is one of these such catergories- as well as female business owner.
Of course, this all depends on filling the application out perfectly and writing a diversity statement about being 1/4 egyptian, 3/4 white, and 1/4 african american. Oh and write a PS about being a jersey girl/business woman.

I want to start a law school just so I can accept you and have you as my first African American student. Though, if I start a law school it will probably be ranked to low for you to attend.

Right...I said 164 max. A 164 will all but guarantee her acceptance into a T15 school.

I am 1/4 Egyptian and 3/4 Syrian. I've always identified myself as either - white (in cases where the "other" box was not available), middle eastern, syrian, or assyrian. It never occurred to me that being Egyptian could mean AA until now :/

You're middle eastern aka white for law school application purposes plus you previously identified as white on law school forms so that ship has sailed. Just mark white and/or other and move on.

op you wont get a boost I was pulling your leg. you probably wont get into the t14.
You are probably not smart enough to go to law school and even if you get into one of the ones you are mentioning you will be at the bottum of the class.
