Someone please answer my evaluation question???

I have 4 recommendors all professors and I suspect them all to be good. The school I'm applying to accepts up three LORs and one evaluation. Could I send the one evaluation from the professor I don't choose for one of the three LORs? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I'm nearly positive they are separate.
