Sample Resumes
Sorry but the search is disabled. Does anyone have a sample resume they'd be willing to share? I've seen the TLS one, and want a few more to compare. Mine seems long as I have more than 2-3 bullet points per job. Seems hard to encapsulate your job functions in just 3 lines.

What exactly was your job? I find it hard to believe you can't encapsulate your job in 3-4 bullet points, beginning with verbs of course.
Find a way to highlight the most important functions of your position (i.e. management, recruitment, team leadership, etc.) Adcomms will value succinct valuations of your job functions - this shows them a skill set you have in and of itself.
I spent my entire summer looking over 150+ resumes for my position, so I know a thing or two about the value of keeping it "short, sweet, and to the point."
