So some people have said that if you ED to Penn you should also submit a Why Penn essay. Do we just take the liberty to do that? I can't find it in writing anywhere to submit an extra essay.
I really don't want to do a separate Why Penn essay because the 5-year supplement was essentially going to be Why Penn...

I was under the impression that ED was the ultimate Why X and that you need not submit an essay if you are applying ED. I don't know specifics about Penn though.
