No. This isn't addendum worthy. It sounds like you are in the 90%ile when it comes to most measures.

I think that arguing that you are a bad test taker when you scored in the 90th percentile will fall on deaf ears. I also do not think they will take into consideration graduating from high school with honors. So to answer your question, if I were you, I would not write an addendum.
