I'm afraid that it might be dismissed in an adversary proceeding trial that I recently left. The count would be related to my bankruptcy petition not reporting the correct income etc. It's not a felony or criminal....I don't even know how to describe it other than my bankruptcy is going to be kicked out.
Do I have a chance of getting into law school or the bar? I'm in my mid 30's and it would be a great fit but I don't want to waste time with the LSAT etc if I can't get in.
Thoughts?
