I have dual citizenship, Brazilian and Italian, but I was born and raised (most of my life) in Brazil. I've been here in the USA since 8th grade so I obviously speak english fluently (but still with a disadvantage compared to native speakers).
I don't know what I should put on my application. In fact, I don't even know what they'll ask-- race? nationality? religion? citizenship?
I guess what I'm trying to get at is: What should I put on my application that will help me the most? (URM? ...I don't even know what this means, I just know it's something about minorities.) I know they like the whole diversity thing, so should I put I'm Brazilian and Italian? But I also know they like the whole concept of being from a third world country, struggling immigrant family, having to adapt to EVERYTHING, etc.
Thanks in advance for any help!
