If you feel confident about your LSAT score, and don't anticipate any surprises going in there, then go ahead and submit.
I'm in the same boat as you, I currently plan on submitting my apps after I finish my LSAT.
The thing is, it doesn't matter if you apply day 1, or when you get your score back, because your application won't go "complete" to the law schools until they have your LSAT score. So it probably isn't wise to submit this early because there are no benefits to be had, and potential negatives may arise (ie you find a mistake on ur ps, you scored crappy and wasted all ur app money, you change your mind, etc).
