What schools don't take Why X essays?

Are there any schools that do not accept Why X essays or where they might not be a good idea?

If there are it might be useful to list them all in one place.

Conventional TLS wisdom seems to be that the T6 knows why you want to go there, so you shouldn't write a Why X essay to them.
