Deans Certification Question

Hi Everyone. I have a quick question if anyone has time to answer. I am sending my application materials via LSAC like everyone else but some of these schools require Dean's certification forms that I have to send in the mail. Does my dean send these to LSAC to be processed and submitted or does it get sent via snail mail. What if it arrives before I submit my application on LSAC?

The school sends the forms straight to the law school.
