SSRN Rankings

Post by Geat27 » Thu Jul 15, 2010 8:01 pm

Of what value are the SSRN rankings of law schools? Are they worth taking into account when deciding where to apply?

You might need to make an SSRN account and log in to see the rankings. It's free and you only need an e-mail address.

The SSRN rankings are basically a ranking of how much has been downloaded from their site from each school. It includes all foreign schools and all schools remotely related to law (i.e. masters and bachelors programs). The rankings are designed to get people (like me) into their site. Nothing more.
