The school that I attend has a somewhat interesting GPA scale, so I was wondering if I should include anything about it as an addendum to my application or not. In order to get a 4.0, you have to have a 95+, not a 93+ like most other schools (90-95 = 3.7). I have a strong GPA regardless (all 4.0 or 3.7), but know it would be even stronger if our school's grading system wasn't set up like this. Basically, should I put something on my application highlighting this or will that LSAC GPA converter help in any way once I get my application put together?

Do they use the A+, A, A- system, or is it A for a 95 and B for a 94?

This is not addendum worthy imo. There are most likely schools that are more difficult than yours, and LSAC gives schools data about where you are respective to other people from your university.

What your transcript say? 95, 4.0, or A?

95+ = A (4.0), and 90-95=A- (3.7)--- On the transcript it will just say 4.0 or 3.7. One of the reasons I am considering putting this on is that the school I go to is not an elite undergrad university (business focused school, strong but not top level) and I know that my GPA would be even stronger if the scale was different

Any school where you get 95% of the points is TTT.

Grading practices vary across the board. Some schools give out A+s; some don't. Some make it almost impossible to get a high GPA; some have rampant grade inflation. That's just the way it goes. So no, don't include an addendum- you don't want to appear to be making excuses. Just send out your apps and let the chips fall where they may.
