Thinking of moving in with my girlfriend my 1st year of law school. I'm definitely considering marriage with this one, but not during my 1L year.

Its a ways off, but... any advice?

I killed relationships, using law school as an excuse.

Not always. But most probably, unless your SO is also in LS.

I'm very encouraged by your relationship. I think moving in would be a great idea.

This. I would be doing the same thing right now (moving in) if my family wasn't super traditional. I think it would really help temper the stress caused by 1L.

You're welcome- I have heard about your IRL charm. Don't think (especially with the OP having to ignore his SO for the long hours studying) that she won't find the warm shoulder of the roommate to cry on, and then more. You live with Rocket = goodbye SO.

I'll be living with my S.O., but we've already spent a year living together. It's been really great, but there was definitely some adjusting involved at first. I would be wary about moving in with someone for the first time as you start 1L, because you'll have enough on your mind/plate anyhow. Just my two cents.

It looks like it... but I kicked ass in the big leagues, the only one I'm worried about is losing her to Tom Emanski...

IRL there won't be any roomates, two of us, her working, me studying.
