My guesses:

Texas-OUT(unless URM; also as Texas resident you may have more favorable chances, though I still suspect your numbers are too low)

Baylor- IN with some money (possibly up to half-scholarship)

SMU- IN (no financial guess)

Houston- IN (no financial guess)
