In other words, a law jobs bloodbath.After what initially seemed like a promising month in May, the legal sector saw its employment numbers drop by 3,900 in June, according to the latest economic report released Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Looks like it's not only the law schools that are cooking the books.Last month's BLS report initially indicated an increase of 300 jobs in legal services in May, but now the adjusted numbers point to a loss of 600 jobs that month.

I really believe that going to law school today is career and financial suicide. It's mind-boggling. It's the perfect example of the irrational potential of the marketplace.
Anyways, nothing to see here folks. After all, if you get into a T14, you're set for life (as long as you work hard and "network") and even non-law employers will want you because of your prestige.
