Yes. Always include a resume.

Every school has a list of required application materials, either on their web site or on the applications section of the LSAC site.

I applied to one school that explicitly said don't submit a resume or personal statement or LORs. Just your transcript and LSAT score. I was rather surprised given the school is very well regarded in my region.
