Can CAS staff speak Chinese?

Post by time_older » Sun Jul 04, 2010 11:27 am

I have ordered CAS and gave the request form to my undergraduate university. But none in the central administrative office can speak English. So that I concerned that If the CAS staff contact them, they can not communicate with each other. will it impose a negative impact on my CAS report? what should I do? Thank you very much.

I would imagine they'll figure it out. You are not the first person to apply from a Chinese university. There are lots of commercial credential review services that do translation, so maybe CAS uses one of those. I don't know, just a guess.

It's not a big deal, really. Once your LSAC account page says that your transcript has been processed, you can view the report, so you should be able to tell if there was a problem.
