They mainly (almost exclusively as it is the one reported to USNEWS) care about your cumulative GPA. They will notice you didn't do as well when you went to a higher up school, but doubtful it'll hurt you that much.

Thanks for the response. About doing worse at my new school, though - I had a 4.00, so there was only one way for me to go from there if my GPA changed. Hopefully admissions committees understand that...
