Just though I'd start a thread for all those who just completed 1L and are looking to transfer for the fall, particularly to GW or schools in DC, but feel free to discuss any schools.
Just put in application to GW a couple of weeks ago, but never received an email confirming that my app is complete. Anyone else applying and have similar experiences?

Where are you transferring from?
Do you have any information on successful transfers to GWU?
I'll be applying there in the fall but am interested in the transfer possibility if I don't get accepted initially.
I've heard over and over on TLS..."Don't count on it" though.

I'm transfering from a school ranked T60, and don't know how good my chances are at getting in, but hopefully I have a chance lol....Don't know their exact numbers, but I know they except a substantial amount of transfers...i think the info is available on LSAC website where they give info about all of the schools.
